Was thinking adding AML info link to the CMA email as that's where the agency agreement etc links are and would give vendors more time to digest before receiving the appraisal email - but either/or

Hi I think it would be super helpful to include the AmL process and requirement in our Arizto handbook and on line. I have a few elderly clients who won’t always remember what we tell them however if they refer back to the listing process booklet I think it would be very valuable for them.
