This would be great!!! We used to have a system like this (Homepass) and it saved a huge amount of time. Our office had an open database so we found it easiest to start entering the phone number and it would bring up the contact as you were tying. Phone number was better as sometimes the names were spelt differently. ie "Jen", "Jenny" or "Jennifer"
