Allow Agents the ability to view the S & P Agreement before it goes to our clients for signing

Absolutely I have just had to withdraw an agreement due the title on front page being amended by the lawyer - doesn't look good with both vendor and buyer. Having the ability to have a look/draft S&P, with all its details for sale, generated before it gets email would be brilliant.

Yes! 100% necessary. There is a mismatch between the clause numbers from the final page before submitting an offer in the app and what then translates on to the sale and purchase agreement. You’re always having to then go back to update the clause numbers so this doesn’t go to solicitors incorrectly numbered. Also, if you have a property with a lot of chattels, these can populate over top of each other on the Agreement, so you then have to pull some out of the chattels list and add a separate clause to fix it. Would be great to know if this happens BEFORE the Agreement is sent out for signing.
